Hi. I am Raul. I have been working since 1995 started as a Computer Technician for a year and moved out to an IT retail Company providing Costumer service and technical support for 11 Years. And, another 10 years working as Server engineer providing Tier II support and maintenance to the Company’s Windows and Linux Infrastructure servers deployed worldwide. I am proud to say that I have advance skills in the following areas: Novell NetWare Server Administration, Planning, Implementing and Maintaining, Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure, Microsoft Clustering, VMware and Hyper-V administration, Backup and storage management, Antivirus Administration, Patch management and security compliance, client/server setup, Server Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. I also have basic knowledge in Linux installation and configuration, Citrix, Remote management software, RSA security, Cisco Routers and Switches.
