I am Cuong Phan or my English preferred name is David. I graduated from Victoria University with a master’s degree of Applied Information Technology.

I have spent all my career with ServiceNow, where I found myself addicted to the beauty and power that ServiceNow platform has brought. I managed to get myself certified with a handful of Certifications including Admin, developers, and handful of Certified Implementation Specialists like ITSM, CSM, HR, PPM and Service Portal which is one of my best skills.
