- Defines project objectives and strategic direction - 9+ years of consulting experience delivering complex and innovative solutions - SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online - Ability to manage complex projects and deliverables - Power Apps / Power Automate / Flow - Active Directory and Networking - Advanced PowerShell - InfoPath Form Design and deployment - Office 365 stack of applications - SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Web Parts, Application Pages, Event Receivers, Apps/Add-ins - Designing and implementing workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer - Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts - Directs the activities of more junior consultants or other staff as necessary - Extensive knowledge of object-oriented design and architecture. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and drive them to completion. - Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work with little or no direct supervision with excellent time management skills - Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, document and maintain SharePoint online solutions using out-of-the-box functionality, as well as custom development using Visual Studio 2017, C# and ASP.net - Involved in each phase of the project including proposal writing, requirement analysis, architecture review, application design, branding, development, deployment, and post-go-live support - Participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of solutions involving collaboration, portals, content management, and workflows - Meeting with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional and technical documents, user acceptance test scripts and project implementations - Provide assistance for on-going application maintenance - Develop both technical and end-user documentation
