•Create and manage social media campaign strategy, including developing and tracking appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets. •Collaborate with project managers to create planning documents and briefs that articulate integrated strategies for social media marketing including campaign objectives, target audience, key messages/content, program sequencing, recommended touch points, and key metrics or benchmarks within specified budgets. •Work closely with the Market Research & Insight team to ensure alignment with analytics best practices. •Continuous analysis and optimization social media different platforms - derive actionable insights and programs to increase rank, drive traffic, and ultimately customer acquisition and engagement. •Develop compelling content for social and digital media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to provide reach for key launches, promotions and viral marketing efforts. •Monitor competitive initiatives and remain up to date on social media marketing innovation and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing. •Manage regular reporting and tracking, interpret implications, report metrics appropriately, and flag issues regarding all social platforms (social media, etc.) using both internal and external tools. Synthesize data to "tell the story" rather than just reporting numbers. •Ensure project communication is occurring so that all impacted parties have correct and timely updates on project scope and status. •Manage social media program expenditures to be within budget guidelines and highlight funding enhancements as needed. . •Constantly push the boundaries on social media marketing efforts and what can be done to drive leading edge efforts. •Manage Company’s website backend •Create and manage Email Campaign.
