I am currently employed as a SQL BI Test Analyst having 5 years’ experience within the QA competency field. I am a self-motivated individual who certainly isn't shy to ask how? When? Why? And thoroughly analyse requirements and technical specifications in order to ensure only the highest level of quality is implemented and delivered to a client. I work exceptionally well within a team as I have the ability to work with tough developers by communicating on a level whereby they don't feel like their work is being judged, but rather that my role is there to assist and help them to deliver a quality product. Being self-motivated, I can also work exceptionally well on my own as I am a driven individual whose main focus is my career and being the best Quality Assurer there is. In my current role I am responsible for planning QA tasks and managing those tasks within the sprint (Agile). I was the first QA resource that was placed at my client and I have managed the QA processes within the last 2 years of my career. I am proficient in developing test strategies and test plans as well as the general QA responsibilities of test analysis, test case creation and bug logging and tracking. I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in Quality Assurance, makes me an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. Since, my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the Test Analyst job specification; I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks.
