I help organizations grow by writing technically compliant proposals with compelling narratives for federal government contracts. Every business has a story to tell. As an IT research scientist, volume lead, and technical writer, I support business development by writing storylines that effectively align corporate capabilities and solutions with business opportunities. During my twelve years within the information technology sector, I have served as a technical manager, systems engineer, and software engineer. As such, not only do I have hands-on experience with various technologies, but I have also been involved with all phases of the software and system development life cycles. This in-depth experience, coupled with my educational background in information technology, provides me with the requisite knowledge to support proposal development. I have written proposals for Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, and National Institutes of Health contracts. The potential value of these contracts ranged from $120 million to $3.4 billion. I offer a unique blend of skills: technical research and writing, systems/software engineering, and business acumen. Throughout my career, I have focused on anticipating, preventing, and solving complex problems.
