• Experience 7+ years of working in Corporate Recruitment /US Staffing and US Corporate Recruitment. • Source, identify, qualify and submit candidates that are a technical match for job openings for external and internal client requirements. • Taking Pre-Screening Round, and Initial Rounds. • Based on the initial round, Selecting and Rejecting Candidates. • Scheduling Technical Round of interviews, if Candidate has good Knowledge and Working Experience related to the Domain. • Develop an effective position profile, candidate specification and sourcing strategy, as required, for each opportunity. • Conduct interviews; negotiate salaries, lead interview debriefings, present offers, initiate candidate on-boarding, etc. • Hiring for all levels in the organization based on the manpower requirements. • Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process, Recruiting manpower & streamlining overall operations. • Screening and short listing candidates for niche, hard to hire skills & submit the resumes of qualified candidate for suitable positions. • Individual Contributor. • Experience includes handling Team and Clients. • Daily Reports, Weekly and Monthly Status Report Calls. • Well Versed with MS office, MS word, and Excel. • Always Available around the clock. • Creating Job Descriptions. • Experience working on Full time Positions and Contractual Positions.
