However, I also managed the customer service department which dealt with sales quite often and even more people wanting refunds or to cancel subscription. I got quite good at convincing people that they shouldn't need a refund, often I would offer them an old educational product or something of much lesser value than the product they were trying to get a refund for and this saved the company thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars, this is relevant because it was a ticket support desk where the clients wrote emails to relay the nature of their problems. My writing ability made all the difference. I have my own blog and a you-tube channel with 1.5 million views and I have run successful online projects in the spirituality and health and wellness niche and still do some private consulting from my website's traffic.
