He helped design and instructed the Marine Corps Microcomputer Repair course, and became a Master instructor and courseware developer. He became the Operations Chief for the Marine Corps Communication and Electronic Schools and managed 53 Electronic courses and over 2000 students. Upon transfer to 3rd Marine Aircraft wing at the end of his military career he oversaw a global, intercontinental computer network in the Marine Air Control Group, holding security clearances in the US and NATO countries for communication security.Upon retirement form the Marine Corps in 1998 he formed and was the Managing Partner of Fulton & Meyer Information Technology, an IT firm catering to small business located in Encino, California.
