I have been setting up home and small business networks since 2002. For the last two years I have worked as a tech support rep for a company with about 7000 jukebox clients that run on Windows XP Embedded. The boxes are scattered all over the country so everything I do is remote. I repair MS Windows problems, I also repair our proprietary jukebox application. I remotely set up smaller routers for location owners, and do port forwarding for DVR systems. I use NetSupport as a remote application for all of our clients and I am very familiar with the application and its capabilities. My job takes place in a busy call center and I am used to dealing with operators that are frantic. I am capable of working under pressure, and produce results in a timely manner.
