03/03 - Present Security Architect (Team Lead) Network Security Engineer (Team Lead)  Led a team of 5 Network/Systems Engineers in supporting the day to day needs of Development, Testing, and Production environments, focusing on Security, Network Administration, Windows Server administration, Application Maintenance and Documentation.  Led several project design efforts that focused on Enterprise Network Design, Remote Access (VPN), Network Monitoring, and Windows Server design.  Led and implemented a Cisco Intrusion Detection System (IDS) solution using Ciscoworks VMS 2.x  Created, maintained, and supported the corporate network at both the home office and the client site.  Designed and deployed a redundant WAN solution implementing the BGP, HSRP, and EIGRP routing protocols, new network equipment, and different ISPs.  Performed and documented a multitude of network security audits utilizing software such as Eeye Retina, Watchfire Appscan, and Nessus Security Scanner.
