Implement Service Technician dispatch from multiple locations. Maintain on-call schedules. • Maintain job folders and related documentation. • Follow up to ensure that all service calls have been completed satisfactorily. • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services. Handle customer complaints. Maintain professional image and respectful relations with customers and the general public at all times.
