I offer more than two years of experience in BPO industry as a customer service representative. My most recent role was a Senior Customer Service Rep for a postpaid account dealing with billing, account management, insurance and warranty exchanges, order processing as well as technical support to name a few. Prior to working with BPO industry I worked as a Service Desk Specialist with one of the internet service provider here in the Philippines helping with the technical side of the business. My daily task includes remote desktop support, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configuration, software installation and configuration, software testing, desktop imaging, active directory as well as Microsoft product installation and configurations to name a few.
