Servicenow is ITSM tool and is used to maintain organisational infrastructure. I have total 3 years of experience in Servicenow and I can give best output in the areas such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Content management (CMS), Change and Service catalog/request management with scripting and workflows and notifications etc. Also I have knowledge in LDAP user integration and service portal which is introduced in recent versions of Servicenow where we can develop portal same as website with Angular JS.
