Work orders not approved within 5 business days of completion are subject to a daily penalty equal to 10% of the total gross value of the work order (i.e., before any applicable fees are taken by Field Nation) Completed tickets not paid within 10 business days after approval are subject to a 25% late surcharge per week until paid in full. The surcharge is based on the total value of the ticket, including overtime and expenses, and is assessed before any fees are charged by Field Nation, if applicable. Failure to pay ticket and late fees will result in legal action, including formal complaints filed with the BBB, Labor Department and small claims court. If the WO is cancelled 24 hrs before the scheduled date of service, I charge 50% of the value of the ticket. If cancelled the day of service, I charge the entire value of the ticket. In the case of a ticket with an hourly charge, the value used will be based on the expected amount of time required to complete the job as specified.
