Direct hands on experience on various IT Services of Service-Now tool like Service Catalog Requests, Asset Management, Service Now Administration, Incident and Problem Management, Knowledge Management. In depth knowledge on technical implementation on various modules of Service-now like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management. Extensive experience in implementation of Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Validations Scripts in Service Now. Experience in working with the work flows using Service Now work flow editor. Experience in configuring the SLAs for various ITIL processes as per the client requirements. Experience in Email Integration, External Web services Integration (REST) in Service Now. Strong experience in working with Scripted Web services, Script Includes. Excellent experience in Service now Administration and Production support. Proficient in activities like Creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Work flow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Process. Extensive experience in creating and maintaining Access Control Rules for securing and providing the right access to right person/role. Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients. Experienced in assigning new records to several domains from various modules, form templates, business rules with domain separation Good Knowledge on using Glide Scripting for creating UI Action and business rules. Experience in generating various reports providing information on Change scheduled, unauthorized changes implemented, Changes causing incidents etc.
