? 11 years of experience with competencies across Delivery - Cost and Progress Management, Pre- Sales Support (Account Services owner and Pricing Strategy) and Bid Management. ? Currently I am leading a team for APJ Cost and Program management, doing stakeholder management and is also the SPOC for all APJ escalations and new requirements in the organization. ? Multi Market Experience-3 market experience (APJ, Europe and MEA) as SSM. ? Key Interfaces: - Cost and Progress Managers, PMO, Transformation Managers, Solution Owners, CSA, Project Managers, CT Heads, Field Engineers, BL representatives (SI, NPO, NI and Care), Product Line, Procurement, Customer Delivery Managers, Pricing Manager, Procurement, Subcontractors, HoS and market SSD Head and End Customers. ? Professional Services for the following products: - Radio and Core. To name a few - Small cells, Airframe, Airscale, SDM, EIR, AuC, MSS, MGW, TAS, CFX 5000, Megamon, Megaplexer, BTS, BSC, RNC, 3rd party solutions like Lampost as a platform etc ? Deliverables handled: - Project transfer agreement (PTA) documents, SOC, Cost estimates, Services Solution Description, Customer presentation, Delivery Sign off and handover, Subcontractor package finalization with subcon and procurement, benchmark with CPM, Site survey report with Subcon etc Nokia Solutions and Networks ? Handling team, escalations and transformations for APJ in CDE. Nokia Solutions and Networks, Noida, India [Feb 2010- Dec’ 2018] ? Lead, design, scope, costs and documents Services Solution, covering all the relevant Nokia Service Portfolio domains (including 3rd party HW/SW items that fall under Services portfolio) ? Lead RFQ or RFP/Tender response from the Services perspective, including defining scope/costs/SoC and compiles offer documentation (e.g. Services Solution Description document with inputs from various stakeholders) ? Organize kick off and follow up meetings of various stakeholders to ensure bid timelines. Responsible for Bid related documentation. ? Responsible for communication among the relevant stakeholders of the assigned case (ex. CT Head, Account Manager, Delivery Lead, Sales Development teams, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Services Product Managers and Solution Manager) ? Prepare Project Delivery Model, defines resource requirements, and timelines / schedules of activities. ? Risk evaluation to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction. ? Responsible for solution “sign-off”
