Who are we?

We are a team of Trainee Lawyers in an international law firm in Vietnam. Parts of our daily tasks are providing comprehensive legal advice to foreign clients and preparing the licensing dossiers in both English and Vietnamese to submit to the local authority.

What do we offer?

Package 1:

• Provide legal advice on setting up your business in Vietnam
• Draft and submit dossiers (in Vietnamese) to obtain the necessary licenses to set up your company (i.e. Investment Registration Certificate and Enterprise Registration Certificate)
• Obtain the stamp for your Vietnamese company.

Package 2:

• Same as Package 1
• Translate the dossiers to English for your information.

Package 3:

• Same as Package 2
• Open a direct investment capital account (DICA) at a bank of your choice for you to contribute the capital to the Vietnamese company.

Note:

1. We propose the fee on the assumption that your intended business is common for foreign investors in Vietnam.

2. The proposed fees are exclusive of traveling costs (in case we have to work outside of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City), governmental fees, costs for notarizing, legalizing, and translating documents
