Hey, my name is Gregg and I worked for 3 years at SharpSpring, a marketing automation company, located in Gainesville, FL. I started out in 2016 as a Product Trainer, and spent most of my career as the Training Manager and recently, the Product Communications Manager role. After working with the Tech Writer to completely overhaul help.sharpspring.com, I implemented several processes for training on new features and measuring the success of help resources. I became one of the go-to employees for questions about features in the application.
