We start designing by the analyzing the problem. Our first tools are research, analysis and evaluation. While we inform ourselves with the latest international developments in the architectural and construction world we respond to the exigencies of the local conditions and the local culture. A well based balanced approach to urban redevelopment, which strikes a stance between preservation of its historic character and the need to adapt to changing requirements and new development is what defines our design approach. Our design guidelines will be the outcome of our investigative and analytic work for the project, which includes studies in demography, transportation, traffic patterns economics, relocation, education, recreation, community services, housing, health care and environmental issues.
