Responsible for ensuring the right products in the right location on time, to the quality required and in the most cost effective way.
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistic providers, transportation partners and customers.
-Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes to improve operational and financial performances.
-Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
-Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to business partners.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
-Prepare monthly booking report to ensure carrier space and logistics equipment at origin.
-Prepare weekly monthly shipment report and submit it to management.
-Looking after team members issue and gear up them to work as effective way.
- Train and tech the team member regarding various working issue.
