I've designed and deployed a number of Shopify solutions for a mixture of clients with either digital products or bricks n' mortar businesses. The Shopify platform is comprehensive however it requires a degree of lateral thought and solutions if and when attempting to accommodate bespoke business requirements. Most recently, a client requested that a flat rate be applied to a variety of products and whilst Shopify app developers provide a similar service for a monthly subscription, my client preferred to avoid the on-going cost. I built a query that attributed rates based on the product variables which services this unique requirement. Frequent monitoring of transactions in conjunction with the default reports & Google Analytics is a great way to measure trends and the success (or otherwise) of products as well as the seasonal characteristics of online consumers. I provide reports and recommendation services as well as stock management, social media and EDM campaign services. I also provide services for the optimisation (SEO) of product pages and blogs for Shopify.
