We are a young startup, we have people with years of experience with Shopify & Wordpress platform ranging from custom theme development to custom app development, also people with expert social media marketing, art design, and branding. Developers on our team have successfully delivered 200+ Shopify stores & 50+ Wordpress sites ranging from skincare products, apparel, watches for retail as well as wholesale business models.
We usually run our projects with the following workflow:
1-The first part is the "design step"
2- Second part is the "development step"
Design steps:
1- Conduct a 1-1 meeting with the client via zoom, get to know each other and our designer asks a few questions to get a rough idea of what the client is looking for.
2- The designer comes up with a few rough sketches and sends them over to the client to get their opinion. 3- Revise the design based on the feedback from the client.
Development steps:
1- After the design has finalized we start developing the homepage and send it over to the client to review.
2- After the homepage has been finalized we start building the collection and product pages.
3- Afterwards, we develop the cart page and contact us page where customers can get in touch with you via email in case they have any queries regarding any of the products.
4- The last page we will develop is standard page templates which you can use to make other pages on your site like about us, privacy policy, return policy, etc.
5- Finally we integrate all the required apps like reviews app, abandoned checkout app, fulfillment app, etc. to be able to run your store successfully.
We manage all our projects through Jira and confluence, and we share updates with the clients regularly. We will love to work on your project.
