Extensive work experience as a Siebel Tester and support executive : • With a unique characteristic of Siebel being used as a database I had complete hands on on the database across different environments by writing queries in Sql developer and modifying, inserting and procuring data as and when needed by the business according to the requirements. • Responsible for the Performance Testing of Siebel Code and the Sql Queries and suggestions on getting them fine-tuned and testing them again to check for improvements and in a way improve customer experience. • Getting on daily calls with individuals of various components along with the client to understand the defects if any and arrange for a resolution in a way that the business was not impacted and delivery timelines were adhered to. • Assisting E2E Testing team for UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • As a face of One Siebel it was my responsibility to interact with the client once the code was deployed on the E2E front and support the same in case of any issues. • Grabbed the opportunity to learn different aspects of various stages of SDLC with Testing and Support as the Main Expertise.
