Siemens PLC & SCADA Programmer

  • Report to the Project Manager and lead a team of 5 – 3  Engineers – in installing , programming & Commissioning  Automation control  systems  for the  Different  projects   .
  • Finalize scope & identify responsibilities for the project.
  • Prepare engineering specification documentation, system & network architecture design, 
  • Prepare wiring schedules & communication drawings.
  • Prepare bill of Automation materials (BOM) and order Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC, HMI or SCADA by using TIA  Selection Tools  software.
  • Cost estimation based on customer specifications/Customer requirements 
  • Prepare (P&I-Diagram) and program Flow chart based on customer specifications/Customer requirements
  • Understand detail engineering drawings Power circuit diagrams, Control circuit diagrams, Panel internal arrangements
  • Prepare the required PLC programs and Siemens SCADA programs for the Different Automation projects (oil fields, concrete batching plants, asphalt plant, cement plants, limestone plants, water pumping stations and all industries’ automation projects  ).  
  • Prepare for and conduct pre FAT & SAT, clear punch points and dispatch the system from FAT floor to the project site
