I have more than 10yrs combined management experience in the contact center industry, which includes conducting English speech & language training for incoming batches of newly hired agents. My extensive exposure dealing with business clients across the world enables me to interact effectively to achieve our common goals, establishing rapport through verbal and written engagements. I'm also an experienced project manager and IT Service Management practitioner with a certification in ITIL v3. On a lighter note I'm also an online/internet radio disk jockey (or Dj), I host an English only show once a week for 4 hours streamed live. My hobbies are photo editing such as: retouching, manipulation, as well as a graphics design artist which I developed having been a former technical & customer support manager for Corel, a multimedia software developer, makers of CorelDraw, PaintShop Pro, etc.
