My background includes 10+ years of customer service in call center environment as well as retail. With extensive experience helping customers via phone, email and also face-to-face. Also, I have done sales, cashiering, data entry and have been in management. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills in some temporary and seasonal jobs throughout high school. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other database applications. I have also used QuickBooks on and off for about 5 years.
