I'm an accomplished IT professional with 25+ years of broad-based requirements experience supporting development of UI application and infrastructure programs/projects, as well as COTS implementations. I have a successful track record defining business cases and requirement strategies for large enterprise programs that deliver business transformation.   I have hands-on experience defining project requirements and test artifacts for digital transformations.  I excel at strategic planning, business relationships, vendor management and BA tool implementations.  I have a proven track record building BA communities that are self-sustaining learning communities, through mentoring in requirements elicitation and documentation for both in-sourced and outsourced IT environments.   I have proven experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.  

Most recently I work with customers to understand business issues, elicit solution requirements and help select vendor solutions to satisfy the need.  Requirement refinement may require development of process flows and use cases.  I work directly with candidate vendors to conduct demonstrations of features to narrow vendor selection,  then I put together a presentation recommending a preferred candidate. I can also provide a business case to to support the recommendation.
