Hardware design/verification, schematic capture and review. 3. Verilog HDL and FPGA, DSP algorithms implementation. 4. Experienced on developping large scale wireless DAQ equipment for government contract, both in embedded side and HMI GUI frontend. 5. Deep understanding of real-time concept, experience on designing safety critical flight control software. 6. 7+ years experience in developping network equipments, including Wireless access point, satellite IP router, etc. 7. Familar with windows API, DLL and COM/DCOM, windows DDK. 8. Experience with web based GUI deisgn, based on java and javascript, web service with SOAP/XML.  9. Cross-disiplined knowledge and skillset, not  limited to software programming.
