Have you hired a full-time employee to do one job, found out they have minimal computer skills and now they have become your "computer guy"? This is not only disruptive to their regular job, but can be dangerous to your business critical data and systems. Once a week, on a day and time of your chosing, I will check and verify the following: -> Disk usage -> RAID/Mirror status (if applicable) -> All Event logs -> Status of Services -> Anti-virus status -> Backup status (if applicable) -> Patch status By checking these critcal points weekly, potential issues can be addressed or existing issues can be identified and corrected. If small issues can be corrected at the time, they will be corrected. If there is a larger issue which will require more time, you will be alerted and an estimate will be given to correct the issue. Additionally, you will be notified weekly of the status of your servers and PCs.Delivery Time:1 Month(s)
