A graduate of Columbia Law School and The London School of Economics, I am a corporate attorney with upwards of five years of practice litigating complex securities disputes, anti-corruption (FCPA, OFAC) investigations, and international contract disputes, at AmLaw 20 firm, Shearman and Sterling LLP (New York office). I transitioned from litigation to substantive transactional experience by going in-house at a social impact venture capital firm, emerging as a uniquely-equipped and agile corporate generalist to found a niche practice, named Scotch & Palm Private Client Law Group. Within law practice, I counsel on entity formation, negotiation, and enforcement of agreements/ contracts... Outside law practice, I'm active in real estate, tax strategy, and private equity investing/New Markets Tax Credits.
