I have a solid experience and proven track record of community management in a dynamic and quickly growing environment. In my previous roles, I have coordinated and managed all day to day social media activities and upkeep, ensuring all channels are up to date and engaged. Working across multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, FB, Twitter, Pinterest and Tik Tok) Actively seek to understand consumer mindset whilst monitoring trends and competitors. Lead content creation from concept to posting – adapting plans as and when needed to complement trends.  Drive development and engagement on channels by defining targets and key reach areas – aligning with agencies to produce new and engaging on-brand ideas. Maintain a monthly reporting schedule that includes all upcoming content for approval as well as key analysis of channels and areas for growth  Have a keen sense for upcoming trends with new platforms, channels and other social outreach applications. Build long-term relationships (nano to macro-influencers) with new and existing users in the social media and entertainment industry by understanding the key needs of our community, Identify growing talent on the platform and nurture creators to achieve personal and professional goals whilst achieving key business goals. Managing cross-functional projects, campaigns and initiatives to be the voice of the creator and the community team. Responsible for user operation and management, develop strategies to increase retention, user activation and user loyalty.
