I practice an efficient and organized approach in planning and researching for better results and at the same time, I respect my clients’ strategies in handling their business with my assistance. Also, I am professional in terms of costs and I make sure to utilize and look for better alternatives for social media tools. I had previous experience working with a customer service trainer during my social media management apprenticeship program. I manage and create content for the social media accounts such as Facebook Page, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I based the contents on the theme given for the day. In graphics design, I use Canva. Also, I use Airtable (free account) to organize posting schedules, copies, and graphics. While scheduling posts, I used the Facebook business suite and Hootsuite (free account).
