I have been in the BPO industry for more or less 7 years for office-based jobs. Now I want to have more time with my family and avoid stress on going through traffic that is why I want to start working from home and be a freelancer. I believe I have the experience and knowledge of being a customer service representative and process associate. I also have knowledge in using most of the online platforms and social media sites. Without any experience as a freelancer, I thought that it will be hard for me to get a client that is why I attended an online training from a VA and Social Media Management coach and got certified. And now I have basic knowledge and I am willing to learn more and improve my skills in this type of working environment.
