I implement SMO activities through the following tasks: Daily * Check social signals (likes, followers) at the start of the day * Schedule/ Update Social Media Profiles * Respond To Comments/Mentions (Reputation Management) * Connect with relevant people/businesses * Build audience using various tools * Check relevant #hashtags and Engage * News-jacking (engaging with real-time events/news) * Respond to emails * Send Daily Report Weekly * Find Influencers and add to list (start of the week) * Create Weekly Calender (Spreadsheet) * Gather Content from client * Check for content/creatives from client * Check insights/analytics and give report (end of the week) * Meeting with client (Over Skype or Phone) Monthly * Create Monthly Calender * Note monthly events/holidays to incorporate on content schedule * Send Monthly Report
