Hi, my name is Rica and I am a Government-Certified Social Media Manager. I love pets and sweets and just recently I finished my intensive training for social media management and it was really life-changing. From then I did manage my own branding.  


To summarize, these are my skills: 


1. Social Media Management - overall management/monitoring of your social media platform 

2. Content Creation - a combination of the Graphics you made and the caption. 

3. Creating a content calendar - we need to create content ahead of time so that we can see them neatly organize before posting( I used google sheet for this) 

4. Branding Kit - this is very important, especially since we are to revive an old post from before, it is like rebranding/enhancing your brand with the right color combination, fonts, and the logo for the brand. 

5. Hashtag Research -this is to determine the relevant hashtag we need to use in every post, 

6. Graphic Design - I used Canva (for me it's easy to use) 

7. and Copywriting - I used my own words and just have it checked using Grammarly 

8. Chatbot Set-up ( I used ChatHero) 

9. Content scheduling - I used buffer. To ensure that all content is posted consistently and at the right time
