  • Measure the results of social media campaigns. This includes tracking website traffic, social media engagement, and sales leads.

  • Collaborate with other departments. This includes working with sales, customer service, and product development to ensure that social media is used effectively to reach and engage customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. This includes responding to comments and questions on social media, as well as resolving any customer issues that may arise.

  • Monitor social media trends and best practices. This includes staying up-to-date on the latest social media platforms and features, as well as the latest best practices for social media marketing.
