I am in depth knowledge in delighting customers as I'm currently working as a Social Media Manager in one of the leading electronics company in the world. I'm responsible in engaging with their customers globally to provide technical assistance, inquiries to get more sales, and email escalation. In addition, I have a more than 2 years of working in a BPO industry. I worked as a Technical Support Representative for 9 months. This job has molded me into a leader, where I was able to step up after 9 months and become a Subject Matter Expert.
