In-house marketing to cultivate a social media following and promote the company’s brand. With use posts, comments and replies to engage with the audience and develop a relatable company voice. I will delegate content creation tasks to other employees and study which aspects of the campaigns result in the highest engagement and conversions. I will also monitor online posts that mention the company so that I can mediate the impact of negative reviews and share positive testimonials with the current following to strengthen customer relationships.
