My name is Cindy Hibaya. I am 26 years old and living in Tagum City. I am a Virtual Assistant for six years, and I help clients to have calculated results in their business by giving substantive ideas in the field of e-commerce, research, data analytics and social media management. My observant skill is my greatest strength to be curiosity-provoking to my client's needs. Whether I work with a private employee or a corporation, I always do my best to give the best output possible.
Since I am a college undergraduate, I find my luck in every opportunity I find. My first work was as a network marketer, and I learned to talk to people and build connections there. Luckily, because of my years of experience as a team leader of a network marketing company, I was hired as a life insurance company's unit manager/financial planner. My work as a unit manager turned my life into the best position. I was a consistent yearly awardee, and because of that, I got to enjoy significant incentives, commissions, and free travel accommodations, domestic and abroad.
When the pandemic started, my insurance career was beginning to deteriorate. That's the time I started my luck as a freelancer full-time. I started my virtual assistant journey as a data entry specialist. I got to work as an Amazon & Shopify virtual assistant, CRM manager, data analyst, customer service representative for a non-voice account, and a researcher for Linkedin lead generation, youtube niche, and Amazon Kindle ebooks. I have many goals and always believe that anything is possible if you work hard. I am very optimistic and clearly envision what I want in life.
I am living a balanced life; I organize and prioritize my schedule to be on time with my deadline, and I meditate and exercise to be in the best shape. During my free time, I always look for free seminars, especially financial literacy, self-development, and new skillset pieces of training to equip myself. I find it empowering to gain new knowledge and skillsets, and I always believe that the most significant investment you can have is in yourself.
