Social Media is about people, conversations and capturing leads and sales from those relationships. Going by these basics I believe to work with agility and precision thus keeping set targets for all my work. Being an experienced Social Media Manager, my top responsibilities are 1) Clear Objectives - You’ll never know Social Media ROI without first setting objectives 2) Great Design - Visual content has a lasting effect on us humans. 3) Solid Content Strategy - We must perform a “Brand Discovery”, which outlines what it is about your business that makes it unique. This includes your core values and beliefs, and the reasons people want to buy from YOU. 4) Promotion Strategy - The fan base needs to be continually grown. 5) Engagement Strategy - I will listen, respond, ask questions and engage with your audience. 6) Conversion Strategy - With growth and engagement strategies in place, my job is to convert fans/followers into customers. 7) Measure & Analyze to establish ROI - We shall measure results on a weekly basis.
