Also specialized in creating, managing and brands presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties. Moreover, answering questions however they come in (Facebook, Twitter, e-mail... etc) and managing any online feedback forms. Last but not least, I use social media applications and other
measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve.
