- Responsible for assisting with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic and engagement. - Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets. - Develop, implement and manage the brand's social media strategy. - Create editorial plan for monthly contents on social media. - Measure the success of every social media campaign. - Suggest KOLs / Influencers for a specific campaign. - Suggest SOW for KOLs / Influencer as well as developing the mock-up post to enhance the success of a campaign. - Administer all brands social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content. - Liaise with copywriters, designers, account executive as well as account directors to ensure content is informative and appealing. - Assist account director, account executive, and creative teams to deliver best in class social media campaigns. - Prepare monthly report for monthly social media evaluation. - Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
