I I partner with business leaders to review, design, develop and deliver training for all levels of an organization, to understand and measure current learning and identify training needs as it relates to strategic direction. I assess, facilitate and/or lead organizational development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. Designing both ILT and OLT solutions which include a blended approach to learning such as with coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 coaching sessions, e-learning, interactive experiential activities, participant/leader guides, 360 feeddback,multi dimensional global/virtual distance presentations and on the job audio and video training to train at all levels in order to promote a culture of continuous learning.
