I can create simple programs in Vb.net with a fairly simple UI still properly functional. I can also design basic web pages and websites. As I'm a beginner in the field, I cant design complicated animations and such. I can work in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap4 and design attractive webpages and websites. Already laid out ideas are also welcome, I can bring it live.
