As a software business analyst my responsibilities and objectives are to provide some order in the development process by assigning priorities to the different request, shortening the gap between what the customers and internal staff are expecting and what is finally designed and developed, bring visibility on the new features to add to the software by creating accurate technical specification having some help and constant feedback from the development team, provide some help to the Sales team by creating proposal documents and managing customer expectations. I am also in charge of designing every new screen to be added and/or modified in the application.
