Graduated from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology(MITCOE) affiliated with the Pune University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology. I have worked in Accenture for more than 2 years. I was hired as a contractor for British Telecom, a UK based telecom giant. My primary role was as an Automation Engineer. I was accountable for automating the manual test scenarios. During these two years, I have performed both GUI based automation as well as API based automation.For GUI automation I have used Selenium and Appium with Java. I can write code to automate the tests for mobile devices as well as web applications. Whereas for API based automation I adopted Python. I designed the framework from scratch. It was a great learning experience for me. The result was an application that took very less time to achieve its functionality. Originally it was automated using the GUI which took a lot of time to finish. The framework that I built is still being used by my peers.
