My name is Waseem Ahmed (Hafiz) and I have 8 years hands-on Software Engineer, Project Team Member, and Software Development/Support Engineer with approx 8 years of application design, development, and support experience.  

I have developed Web Applications, console, database, and website applications using current versions  of Microsoft Visual Studio (Frameworks: 2.0, 3.5, 4.0),Asp.net Web Forms, MVC Framework,Asp.Net Core,SSRS Reports,TFS, SQL Server, and other products.    

I have managed multiple simultaneous development projects from project initiation through implementation  reporting and consultation. Currently, I am a Software Engineer and Development Team Member. 

I provide development daily tasks and projects, along with the general managerial responsibilities.  I have defined processes and procedures, including implementing .Net coding standards,  SQL development standards, project and task management standards, and misc. process refinements.
