Data analysis, collect data from different sources then assess and clean this data and make it I a format that can be readable by analytical tools to analyze them a create reports that is automatically updated to keep the data up to date and can send emails to targeted people. To create that I uses programs like power bi to create dynamic and professional dashboards or reports and use knime (analytical tool) to clean and reformat data and write them back to an excel or csv sheets, upoad them to SharePoint or any cloud service that can be shared easily and used by other programs like power bi so that I can create a fully automated flow with minimal human interactions. Also I can use power automate that creates automated flow to automate a lot of daily performed jobs like sending emails on a certain basis or save an attachment from received email locally or upload it to one drive or SharePoint and also to notify me when a new file is added to one drive or share point. I already created a dynamical shipment report that gets data from different sources like a report generated automatically from SAP, manually created excel file that is sent by email this file is firstly cleaned and put in appropriate format that can be read and manipulated by analytical tool then uploaded to the SharePoint from where power bi can read it and perform the needed analysis then create a report that is visible to people who have access to it and it can also send emails with certain information on a certain basis also it has the functionality to display historical data from an entered date and also compare the development of orders and shipments over time that give decision makers an overall insight about the flow of the business also to recover quickly from any gap.
