- Plan, monitor and coordinate project activities in the scope - Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly project status reports - Effective communications and cooperative work with stakeholders - Analyse and improve (organise and systematise) processes for business advantage - Provide technical consultancy and support to the customers - Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, investigate and resolve issues - Incident and Problem root cause analysis to prevent future recurrence - Monitor application performance and ensure permanent availability - Escalate problem, incident to 3rd line support when required - Execute system checks to ensure application server compliance to the corporate standards - Develop SQL scripts, PL scripts for system analysis and incident prevention - Log analysis to identify system issues - Ensure high-level system availability, to comply with Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Coordinate project development in Agile environment - Identify business requirements for further implementation - Provide effective customer communications and teamwork - Prepare weekly reports and present on meetings - Plan development stage and provide realistic estimations - Develop, modify, test and implement program code, enhancements according to business requirements - Create, modify SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions and packages as required - Monitor application performance and availability - Execute system checks, logs analysis - Keep documentation in actual state - Incidents/Problems management: investigation and resolution - Ensure Service Level Agreement compliance - Identity and elicit business requirements - Provide consultancy and customer support to all departments - Manage excellent stakeholder relationships - Manage and develop corporate Intranet and Extranet websites in compliance with corporate standards - Design, develop, create prototypes and implement web pages, surveys, feedback forms, news articles in line with customer needs - Conduct user training - Identify and adopt new technologies, provide support on system upgrades - Ensure stable and constant web service availability through the collaboration with Infrastructure team (hosting) to ensure enough storage capacity and prompt technical issues resolution - Monitor web-statistics for the defined metrics - Manage user access for web editor user interfaces - Manage structure and access to EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) – Livelink - Prepare weekly reports
